Experienced the magic mirror at a friend's wedding. The photo print is a very good quality (not the usual photo strip that you'll end up using a a book mark). The set up is very professional.

Worst Company. Do not recommend them. Rude. Showed up late. Event started at 6pm and they were still setting up until 6:20pm. Knew it was a corporate event and brought the most inapporpriate signs for props. It was truly a horrible experience, which was so unfortunate. Owner didn't make themself available to help fix everything. He simply didn't care. We had so many emails and calls with him to make sure he had us all confirmed with everything. Comes across great in the pre communication but day of was so bad. Worker guy company sent was not nice - rather rude. Didn't care that he was so late. Overall will never recommend or use this company. Thank goodness we had some of our own props otherwise there would have been 4 signs only appropriate for a corporate audience. Owner also didn't even care.

Unfortunately, I hate to write bad reviews, but this one is just to make you aware when booking with S&S photobooth since I had a bad experience with my daughter's sweet 16. Attendants operating the booth should be trained. Before booking their service, I asked all questions and informed all my specifications to them to ensure everything will go smooth and no issues. However, few days before the event few things were not going as planned but S&S Photobooth accommodate me. However, when I thought that was going to be it, more issues were coming. The day of the event before the party started, I went to the attendant (very quiet guy), and I asked how the album (that I included) works since I was not 100% comfortable with their communication and the book was going to be the memory for that day. The attendant showed me by writing with the gold marker on top of the plastic where the photo strips were going to be inserted. I noticed that it smudged when I touched it, but he let me know that it will dry. I thrusted his "knowledge" and also before the event I specify to the contact what I wanted for the book. At the end of the night this is what I ended up as a memory (see pictures attached), everything smudged and all strips moving around, the album was not for the strips. Not sure what the attendant was doing that didn't notice this. I notify the contact and all I get is..."this is the first time people writes on the plastic ". People wrote on the plastic because the attendant was not trained, and he was the one who directed the guest as well as me to do so. S&S Photo booth refunded the book, but I ended up with no messages (memories) from the guest for my daughter.

Thank you S&S for your great photobooth services. My guests loved the template you provided for the pictures. Igor was attentive and helpful. And I specifically wanted printable pics for a reasonable price and you were able to offer that. Will recommend S&S to my friends and fam.

Our guests had such a blast with the 360 booth. I was nervous about booking from a Facebook ad but S&S was wonderful with communicating and very reassuring. I got married this past Saturday, and I am so glad my husband and I decided to book S&S Photo Booth for our wedding. The photo booth was such a big hit with all of our guests, and all of the photos came out beautiful!! I highly recommend booking them for any occasion!

Buyer Beware!!!! Our photobooth was a disaster. The attendant was a teenager. They only hire teenagers who have no experience. My person literally had no experience. It was his first job!!! He just stands there and pushes a button. He had no training. . We got the standard photo booth where you can text or print the picture. They only send the experienced people to the more expensive photo booths- 360 or something more elaborate. The printer broke during the party and the teenage attendant couldn't fix it. I booked this a year in advance and they gave me someone with zero experience! My pictures came out terrible. There was a problem and there was a picture of a person in the corner of each photo covering the logo. Yes he is reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. If you just want a body to stand there and not know what they're doing and have crappy pictures than this business is for you. Otherwise definitely do NOT book!!!

Leon requested that we get the photo scrap book and that was big hit at the party (I suggest you ask Leon for a photo scrap book) !!!!!!!! We're Definitely going to use their services Again !!!!!!!!! I had the pleasure of working with this team for my mom’s retirement party. Egor was the one who handled all photo-booth related things. He was very nice and very professional. Everything was pretty perfect. The only thing I wish was fixed was the timeframe of when Egor arrived and how long he was at the party for. I informed the company via text about the information change. I also emailed them the night before. However the day of the party Egor was an hour late. By 6 the party was done. Egor was told the party ended at 7 (this was the old time). Ultimately, I paid for 4 and only had the booth for 3.

I got married on October 6, 2024, and I'm really glad I hired S&S Photobooth company for my wedding. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They offered a lot of choices for backgrounds, borders, and how many photos we wanted to take. There were different types of photobooths to pick from, and the person running it was really nice and helped all my guests take pictures. I am very happy with the company and would definitely suggest them. They were very involved and quick to answer all of my questions throughout the process.

After going to another prior event and seeing S&S photo booth and their competitive pricing a family member booked it for a graduation party. The day of the party (Saturday, August 3rd) the arrival time was 5:00PM an hour before the start time. The guy who came ( was a nice guy) arrived @ 5:20PM and advised us that he got sent with the wrong equipment and apologized and the DJ had to assist him. 2 hours and 28 minutes later the first photo was snapped (7:48PM). Leaving us with 2 hours and 12 mins left and losing an hour and 48 mins of lost time with the guests and disappointed ones at that. Yes there was an issue with the ceiling height but there was no communication.lf any ceiling height was an issue why wasn't it brought up asking prior to the event as we had a balloon arch that was paid or pretty much go to waste as it was supposed to go around the photo booth? Also the package spent of $719 is approx $180 an hour so it's not called let's make a deal and first say I can only give you a $100 refund then $225. The right thing to do is refund for 2 hours but the right thing doesn't seem to apply to this company. The business ethics and their practice are something left to be desired for. I felt bad the guy who worked it as he was apologetic over and over but stay clear and will never recommend. Just awful to say the least and horrible business practices!!

Went to a graduation party and the photo booth was not operating. Apparently, the person working the booth was sent with the wrong equipment, and didn't know how to hook everything up. It took 2 hours to finally set up, and it was not set up by the photo company, but by the DJ's who were hired for the party. You don't have my name in your contracts because I was a guest.

I worked with S&S for my dad’s 60th this past weekend. They were extremely reliable & responsive from the second I reached out. They worked with me to build the exact template I wanted & they took it from there. Adorable props and the kindest attendant. All of the photos came out adorable.Highly recommend!!!

Person that hosted the party was good Helpful . I paid Also $800 to only Receive 50 pictures of the whole night that . I know it was more taken what happen that I didn’t received them i don’t know . I Hit The Company up they tell me it was only 50 taken that night , how if there were more than 200 people .

I recently rented a drop off photo booth from S&S photo booths for my husband’s retirement party and they did an awesome job. Leon made it very easy and was very thorough. He set up early and the machine worked flawlessly. It was a huge hit, everyone loved it.

Just had them over the weekend for our wedding. Our guest had fun with the 360 Photo machine! The attendant was so nice! And gave us a signal of when to pose. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely try to book again next time I have another event.

My 50th birthday party was last weekend. My husband had arranged for a photographer to walk around to our guests and take pictures throughout our party. What an incredible concept!! We have pictures of every special moment, and beautiful pictures of ALL of our guests- he left not one guest unphotographed!! I received well over 100 pictures, and even better- all of our guests were able to enter their email addresses so that they could receive the photos that were taken!

Our photographer, Gerry, had an amazing personality! Not only did he take amazing pictures, but he was easygoing and kind and fun! He made sure to be anywhere and everywhere I was, but also to make sure that he had pictures of all our guest. Everyone said that he was the highlight of the party.

I HIGHLY recommend S&S Photo Booths to anyone having a special event that they are having (and I would especially recommend Gerry). It was because of him that I was able to relive the fun and the love I felt that night long after the party ended.

We had S&S Photo Booths at our daughter’s Sweet 16 party, 9/30/22. We used their 360 photo booth and they also provided beautiful uplighting for our event! They have any color uplighting you could possibly want. They matched our shade of blue perfectly! Their 360 photo booth was a huge hit with all of our guests of all ages! It was so much fun! S&S will even provide you with clean, beautiful modern signs to use as props. Leon made booking our event easy and answered all of our questions as we had never heard of a 360 photo booth before but of course our daughter did! Leon helped create beautiful backgrounds and our daughter’s requested music clips for the videos. He then came through for us at the last minute with our uplighting request. Angel was our 360 photo booth attendant. He explained how the photo booth worked and how to retrieve the videos to all of our guests. Angel was kind, courteous, friendly and helpful to everyone. We highly recommend S&S Photo Booths and we will definitely use them again for our future events!

One word to describe S&S Photo Booths........"Flawless!" The attendant arrived early for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. He set up and was ready to go and stayed till the very end which. The jpegs, mp4's and boomerangs were all high quality, both in hard copy and instantaneously sent to your cell phone for social media uploads. They were great!

Everyone loved the photobooth it was a party favorite. Communication was very easy too.

Leon and his staff are amazing, they were prompt and very professional. They serviced a bridal shower I gave my friend and the videos were amazing and fun! I definitely recommend using his services!

S & S answered all of my questions, made reserving a booth easy (even though I had to coordinate payment through the sponsor of our event) came on time and handled every detail from set-up to break-down and the full photo booth operation. The kids loved the photo choices and props, and the prints are great souvenirs. Lots of bang for your buck with this choice - I highly recommend!

S&S photo booths was GREAT To work with from beginning to end. Our first experience with them was at a friends wedding and we loved it. Then we decided to use them last minute for a 50th birthday party and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. Very kind, thorough, helpful, etc… I cannot say enough great things about them! 🙂

Leon and the crew at S&S Photo Booths were incredible to work with. I reached out to them 2 weeks before our wedding and within that short time frame we were able to quickly hammer all the details out and get set for the wedding party.

Communication with Leon was excellent all around, the pricing was competitive with other companies I had researched, and the photo tower itself was super cool and all the guests loved it.

Special shout out to the attendant who managed the booth during the party. I've forgotten her name unfortunately but she did an amazing job and was a joy to have at the party.

All in all a great experience. If I ever happen to need another photo booth for something I know where I'll be looking

This was my 1st time renting this service! It will not be my last! Everything was so easy & smooth with this company, from my 1st email to speaking w Leon & payment to the actual service. When they got there they set up the guy was great!! He took pics interacted w our guests & even took it upon himself to take amazing pictures of my daughter & her chair!! Talk about great customer service 👏 👍! I will use this company again & again for many more events! This was a huge part of entertainment it kept everyone busy the entire 3 hrs he was there! Even let me pic a few pics at the end of the night before he left. GREAT JO

This company is absolutely amazing!!! Leon is very great with communicating! He responded quickly to any questions we had. Also Angel was great at the booth! He made sure we were picture perfect!!! He took his time and made sure we liked each picture we took and I really appreciate him doing so! It was a great and fun experience. Everyone keeps asking about the booth from the party! So lots of recommendations coming your way! I’ve gotten great reviews from everyone that tried it at the party! And I definitely can’t wait to use you guys again!

Booking S&S PhotoBooth for our wedding was the best decision ever. The staff is very Personable and polite. The signs to hold were also very creative and made it very fun for all the guests and made the photos more memorable. We will definitely be booking with them again in the near future!
