How much space and power does it need?

The platform and rotating arm need suitable clearance and a safe guest waiting area. Send your venue details so we can confirm the exact footprint and power requirements before booking.

Can we customize the video?

Yes. Ask about overlays, video effects, filters and soundtrack options. We’ll review the choices available for your event and confirm them in your package.

Can it be used outdoors?

Tell us about the event setting before booking. We need to review the surface, shelter, power and weather arrangements to confirm a suitable setup.
